a little home tour

A few weeks ago Dia from Alice in Designland kindly invited me to share a little home tour on her amazing blog and in light of us listing our beloved home on the market I thought that it would be so fitting to share a few photos (some a little older than others) over there. Thank you so much Dia it is an honor to be featured this morning! Check out the full tour HERE!

It has got me to thinking about doing some posts here about our process and some before and afters of the past three years we've spent making out house a home. I don't want to miss out on an opportunity to capture the blessings we have received here - so stay tuned I might get a tad sentimental on you in the coming days!

  1. a beautiful tour, rebekah! i am so glad you'll take some time to reflect on your journey with this lovely home you've made, here on your own blog. i hope you will include some photos of your amazing family room upstairs as it has evolved over the years, too...i think that has become such a fun, inviting space for everyone to play and relax in! i love what you wrote on the design blog about filling your home first and foremost with laughter and your little ones (and i would add love and warm, generous hospitality as friends and family have gathered within those walls, too!). what a sweet, timely gift to be asked to do this home tour right now...I love how you can see God's loving hand in that. xoxo

  2. Oh, sweet friend! Love love loved this peek into your home so much! I have seen little glimpses of it here + there on your blog over the past couple of years, but it is so special to be able to get a bigger look! I love each and every room, all the loving + thoughtful details you have done to make your house a home. You are so talented, Rebekah! I know that it is going to be hard to leave when the time comes, but I have no doubt that you will be able to make any home you + your family land in beautiful! Love you so.

  3. I know I already commented, but I can't stop thinking about your lovely home! I especially loved Josie's sweet little spot in the kids' room. If we end up having another baby someday, I am totally copying you + putting their crib in our closet nook! :)

  4. Rebekah! I love love love all of the beauty and creative touches in your home! What a treat to get a full tour, instead of glimpses, like Andi said. Please come to my house and help me welcome springtime over here!

What a gift to get to celebrate your beautiful home right now! xo

  5. Beautiful pictures showcasing a home you guys have truly made unique and welcoming. I certainly loved getting to be involved when I could and seeing what other little addition you had whipped up between visits. Your last home was the same way as well! You and Chris make a great team and consistently create warm, energetic and one of a kind atmospheres together. Nice to see it all laid out together :)
