  8. Thanks for your sweet comments on my first 10 on 10. It was SO wonderful to document our day. You had a great idea and have done a great job organizing it a way that so many people can participate and share with each other. I'm having as much fun looking at others' submissions as I did creating my own! It really inspires me to up my photography skills. :)

Oh, and here's what we had for dinner:
Debra's Crock Pot Chicken over Noodles

    4 boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing (usually on top shelf on dressing isle)
    1/4 cup water
    1 Can Cream Chicken Soup
    1 8oz mushrooms (optional)
    1/2-3/4 block of cream cheese

Mix dressing mix and water together.*
Place chicken in crock pot (yes it can be frozen) then pour dressing over top.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Beat cream cheese and soup together and pour into crock pot and cook 2 more hours. Add mushrooms if your heart desires... (my heart desires!)
    Serve with noodles.
My family loves this one as well with a salad and bread.

Jennifer here... Matt has refused to eat creamy dishes all his life. He LOVES this and actually ate the leftovers the next day and REQUESTED to have it for dinner the same night he at the leftovers. 3 meals in a row! Dinner, Lunch, and then Dinner again! SO GOOD!!

    * I didn't have this dressing mix at home so I googled "homemade Italian dressing" and found one that had ingredients that matched my cabinet. The second time I made it I made a double batch of the seasoning so next time I won't have to mix it. (And we add lots of extra mushrooms!)

  10. A friend of mine links to your 10 on 10...and NEXT month so will I!! I love it and can't wait to be part of it. I only hope I can remember when the 10th rolls around...and then each hour of that particular day...age is NOT kind to the memory! ;-)
